EAA benefits include:

- A dues rate of 0.8% which is the lowest of any City union. This is the identical rate you pay as a “Fair Share” payer.

There Are Two Ways You Can Join. Read The Instructions Below.
A.) Electronic Submission
You can electronically sign and submit the new membership card from your desktop computer via Microsoft Internet Explorer.
NOTE: Currently, the form CANNOT be electronically completed from a mobile phone.
1.) Scroll to the bottom left of the form and click the “Download (PDF, Unknown)” link. In order to view/edit the PDF, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
2.) Once you have downloaded the pdf and filled it out to completion, press the “Submit” button at the bottom left of the form to email the signed membership card.

B.) Send It By Mail
Once you have downloaded and signed your Membership Card, mail it to the following address:
