Earlier this year EAA Board of Governors ratified the endorsement of former LA City Council President and current LA City Councilman Eric Garcetti who is running to be the next Mayor of Los Angeles.
“As a Councilmember and as Council President, Eric has maintained an open and honest dialogue with EAA — even when we have disagreed,” said EAA Board President Melissa Popovic.
EAA Board of Governors recently voted to also endorse current LA City Councilman Dennis Zine who is running to be the next City Controller and Community Development Advocate David Roberts for ninth District City Council.
“EAA endorsed candidates understand that grandstanding and politics do not deliver results for the people of Los Angeles or for City employees.”
