EAA GOVERNORS ENCOURAGE YOU TO  

The American Arbitration Association (AAA) mailed out Ratification ballots to all voluntary dues-paying EAA members THURSDAY, DECEMBER 27, 2012. 

Ballot packets include:

• Letter from EAA Board of Governors
• IBEW Local 11 Affiliation Agreement and Membership Dues Structure (both documents available via this link)
• Proposed amendments to Bylaws and Proposed Membership Dues Increase (both documents available via this link)

In addition EAA has also sent you a brochure outlining the benefits of an IBEW Local 11 affiliation. This brochure can also be downloaded HERE.

Please review your ballot packet closely, attend our scheduled Membership Meetings this week and next if you have questions. COMPLETED BALLOTS DUE BY THURSDAY, JANUARY 17, 2013.

If you have not received your ballot by Friday, January 4, 2013, you should contact Lydia Kemper at (213) 620-6920, ext. 6921 (or lydia@eaaunion.org) to confirm your voting status and to arrange for a replacement ballot. You may also use the below form to request a replacement ballot.
