Our ratified MOU's are now scheduled for consideration by the Personnel Committee of City Council on June 5th. Coincidently, the Port Police-ratified MOU 38 is also on the same agenda. The Port Police ratified their MOU which includes a 5% employee contribution toward health insurance premium costs [with a re-opener to go to a 10% contribution under specified circumstances]. Following Personnel Committee review, our MOU's should be in full Council for final adoption by June 15th.

The City Council Personnel Committee approved our ratified MOU's at its June 5th meeting; the MOU's are now scheduled for final City Council adoption on June 12th.
