The American Arbitration Association conducted the ballot count for the MOU 19 Governor election on the morning of April 13th, with the EAA Election Committee monitoring the count. The unofficial results (which await certification by the EAA Board at its April 17th meeting) are: with 73 valid ballots received (1 invalid) -
Larry D. Day 50 votes
Al Crawford 22 votes
( 1 write-in)
This turn-out of nearly 45% (74 ballots returned out of 166 mailed) continues the recent trend of historically high turn-out in EAA elections. Congratulations to all who voted, and to both candidates who stepped up to run for Union office.
