Karen Rodriguez was elected to EAA Board of Governors in February 2012 as Governor representing MOU 20 / Supervisory Administrative Unit.Governor Rodriguez has been employed by the City of Los Angeles for over twenty-five years. Governor Rodriguez started her public service in the Los Angeles Police Department and eventually promoted and transferred to Senior Systems Analyst II position in the City Clerk’s office.
Governor Rodriguez began her service as a EAA Union Steward in 2010. Dedicated to returning Integrity, Accountability and Transparency to the EAA Board of Governors and to your Union, Governor Rodriguez decided to run for the EAA Board of Governors in the Fall of 2011. After her election by MOU 20 unit members, Governor Rodriguez was elected by her fellow Governors to serve as Secretary of the Board.
